Imran Syed, MD, is board certified by the American Board of Subspecialty Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Dow Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan in 1992. Dr. Syed completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, Illinois in 1997.

Dr. Syed did his fellowship at University of Illinois at Chicago in 2003. He moved to Georgia in 2003 and opened his own practice Diabetes and Endocrinology Center, Inc. in 2003, where he has since remained.

Dr. Syed has spent over 17 years caring for patients in Alpharetta, Cumming, Suwanee, Lawrenceville and surrounding areas in North Atlanta and North Georgia. Regarded as the friendliest and most patient-centered provider by his patients, Dr. Syed strives to provide the highest level of patient care.
